The peppy and energetic twin of Nurse Doom; Mood loves flowers, bugs, and taking care of the patients as much as she is able. She is the founder of Sparkle Caring Club, a social group for the patients. Mood tries to see the bright side of most situations and doesn't let herself lose hope easily.

The brooding and grumpy twin of Nurse Mood; Doom hates pretty much everything and everyone, including himself. He's forced into a position he doesn't want to be in, and the state of his existence is really hard. Patients tend to dislike Doom because of his attitude and actions.

Rem is the hospital security guard. She manages the security office and hospital CCTV control room, which are both on the ground floor. She works there to support her child, Kid. She also loves her girlfriend Mood very much.

Funfetti is the sugary sweet-loving baker doctor who loves making cakes and other desserts. He was a medical student before he started working at the hospital, but had no idea what he was getting into. She doesn't like the hospital at all, but sugar helps her forget what's going on.

Puppy is a silly doctor who seems to be rather unaware of what she's doing. Lo doesn't know that torturing and killing people is bad, as she sees it all like some kind of game- and gets sad and doesn't understand why patients don't like her.

Cuddles is the hospital owner. He's a cruel, evil man who only cares about money and torturing people for fun. He has no regard for people's feelings or wants, and only cares about himself and maintaining his status and power in Los Count.
